Farming Trust fined for not complying with Employment Legislation
A farming trust was ordered to pay a minimum of $87,000 for not complying with Employment Legislation. They failed to keep proper timesheets, ensure staff were paid at least the minimum wage, all staff had an Employment Contract and failed to correctly account for working on Public Holidays.
