Ezypay provides a dynamic service tailored to meet your exact requirements, whatever your size or structure. Our standard service covers:

Although the end result of each pay run is the same (employees are paid correctly and on time, and employers receive the reports they need), the process followed to gather the input data can differ based on the needs and capabilities of our clients:


Businesses with only a few employees generally fax us a master timesheet, or email us a spreadsheet with their timesheet information.


Most medium-sized companies would e-mail us a spreadsheet.

Larger clients are generally using some form of time capture device, in combination with software such as TimeTarget, EziTracker, TimeCloud, Resman or goRoster that create an input file that can be automatically loaded into our payroll software.

Also, we have a Online Portal (Ezytime) that is entirely web-based, allowing our clients’ employees to input their timesheets and apply for leave online. This data is then authorised by the client’s representative before being imported into our payroll software at the end of each pay period. We actively encourage all of our clients to take advantage of this time-saving service.

On the output side, there are many variations. Many of our clients require us to process their Direct Credit file; others process their Direct Credit file in-house after we email it to them; some opt for a Direct Credit report which they input to their online banking manually. For most clients, we provide hard-copy security payslips, though email payslips are increasing in popularity.

Lastly, every client has different reporting needs, with some clients require full costing right through to a General Ledger. Of course, all electronic reports are password-protected.
