Recently we had a visit from a large NZ employer wanting to know what we did and how we operated.  One of the items discussed is a new feature on our Website, the Labour Cost Calculator, as the person said they had been using it extensively to run different scenarios around an employee’s hourly rate to see what the actual cost might be, as it is always a lot more than the figure written into your Employment Contract.  You can check out the Calculator here.
