Since teaming up with Ezypay, the Rishworth Aviation accounts department no longer experience the stress and pressure that payday used to bring.
Teresa Le Razer has been working alongside the payroll solutions company for the past 18 months, and says she has found the working relationship “brilliant”.
On average, the international aviation recruitment company’s Auckland-based head office employs 40 staff. With employees on part-time and fixed-term contracts – and some still using timesheets – organising the payroll is a job that could easily become overwhelming.
“I haven’t been stressed out since we started working with Ezypay 18 months ago,” says Teresa, who works as an accountant. “They’re very thorough and very rarely do we have to go back to them with any queries. They have a very quick turnaround time, focus on attention to detail, and always have everything signed off a day or two before payments have to go out.”
Operating for the past 15 years, the company primarily recruits experienced pilots from all over the world. Clients include Korean Air, China Southern Airlines, Air Japan, Jetstar and Vietnam Airlines.
Teresa says having the Ezypay team co-ordinate payroll helps take the pressure off the Rishworth team.
“It’s very good value for money and the service is outstanding,” she says. “In particular, Yvonne and Courtney have made the experience personable and friendly. They get on with the job and make sure everything is sorted.”
